Bandipora, July 01:- After getting appreciation from Prime Minister Narendra Modi for achieving a 100 percent target in vaccinating everyone above 18 years of age in Vewan village, the Block Medical Officer Bandipora Dr. Masarat Iqbal on Thursday was awarded with best management for Covid-19 on national doctors day by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir
Dr Masarat Iqbal Wani was Selected For state level, best management of covid-19 and 100% vaccination in district Bandipora, award on National Doctors Day at srinagar.
The BMO Bandipora has been awarded by the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir on doctors day at Srinagar where NHM director Mohammad Yaseen Choudhary and Director health services Kashmir Dr Mushtaq Ahmad were also present.
. "I want to congratulate my entire team because they worked day and night to get the vaccination done in Bandipora district and I also want to congratulate the people of Bandipora who have always cooperated with us, " he said.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has mentioned the name of Weyan village of district Bandipora of Kashmir for achieving the milestone of 100 percent vaccination of those above the age of 18 years in today's episode of 'Mann ki Baat'.
The Prime Minister appreciated the health workers of the district and complimented them for achieving the 100% target.-
