Srinagar, Jan 08: Owais Ahmed, an officer of the 2014 IAS batch officially assumed the charge of the Commissioner of the Srinagar Municipal Corporation.
“With his extensive experience and dedication to public service, Owais is poised to bring a new wave of energy and efficiency to the administration of SMC and SSCL,” an official statement reads.
His appointment marks a significant milestone in the ongoing efforts to enhance the civic infrastructure and services within the city of Srinagar.
