Bandipora, Apr 5 — In a bid to strengthen organizational structure and streamline communication, the Jammu & Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF), Bandipora unit, has announced a series of key appointments for its Quil Muqam zone.
According to an official order issued by the Forum, Mr. Mohd Shafi Tantrey has been appointed as the Zonal President for Quil Muqam. Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad will serve as the Vice Zonal President, while Mr. Abdul Majid Lone has been named the Zonal Co-ordinator. Mr. Showkat Ahmad Wani has been given the charge of the Press and Publicity Wing for the zone.
General Secretary of JKTF Bandipora, Anjum Nissar, who issued the order, said the appointments were made following due consultation with the Forum’s leadership. “These steps are aimed at ensuring better coordination and more effective communication across the zone,” he said.
The newly appointed officials have been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing organizational activities, public engagement, and internal coordination within the Quil Muqam zone.
JKTF is a prominent teachers’ body working for the welfare and rights of educators across Jammu and Kashmir.
