Bandipora, Aug 8: A delegation from the Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Jammu and Kashmir Campus, on Saturday visited Bandipora and held an interaction with the District Magistrate Indu Kanwal Chib to explore initiatives aimed at empowering and equipping the youth of the district.
During the meeting, the RRU delegation outlined the university’s vision and mission for Jammu and Kashmir, with particular emphasis on youth-oriented programmes and capacity-building initiatives.
According to the officials of RRU, yhe discussions focused on youth empowerment, education, skill development, upskilling and employability, besides exploring opportunities in entrepreneurship, leadership development and capacity building.
The interaction also highlighted the potential for collaborative initiatives that could provide young people with greater access to skills, knowledge and career opportunities.
The meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of RRU and the district administration towards creating a skilled, empowered and future-ready youth workforce in Jammu and Kashmir.
