Bandipora: The 45th Battalion of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on Monday organised a free medical camp at Madwan village in Hajin under its civic action programme.
An official spokesperson said the camp was inaugurated by commandant of 45th Battalion Apoorwa in presence of Dharmendra Singh Yadav , SHO Hajin Sarjan Ahmad , Abdul Raheem, Vijay Singh, Man Singh Meena of CRPF and Principal Govt Higher secondary school Madwan Abdul Majeed and other officers and local eminent personalities were present during the camp.
During the camp besides free medical checkup, consultation medicines were distributed by CRPF and civil doctors. Around one thousand patients has taken benefits of the said medical camp.
Commandant Appoorwa said that earlier 45 Bn CRPF assured the local public that CRPF has always been helping the Kashmiri people and putting all out efforts for peace, prosperity and development of the society.
He said they will continue to conduct such a civic programme for the benefit of the local public in future.
