JAMMU, Jan 21: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has instructed all employees to register on the iGOT Karmayogi Portal, a key initiative under the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building.
The program aims to enhance competencies and improve public service delivery through skill development.
Despite previous instructions, many employees have yet to register, prompting authorities to take the matter seriously.
