VARANASI, October 29: A research scholar from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, has completed his doctoral research with financial assistance of approximately ₹20 lakh under the National Fellowship for Scheduled Caste Students (NFSC) scheme, according to the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

Amit Kumar (name changed), who is now employed, received fellowship assistance, House Rent Allowance (HRA) and contingency support to meet expenses associated with his research, according to beneficiary details shared by the government.
