Jammu, Jan 08: Additional Director General of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Directorate for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, Maj Gen RK Sachdeva on Monday visited the Republic Day Camp -2024 in Delhi.
According to PRO Defence Lt Col Suneel Bartwal, Maj Gen RK Sachdeva, Additional Director General of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Directorate for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, visited the Republic Day Camp -2024 (RDC-24) in Delhi during the Chief of Naval Staff’s visit.
"It was marked by inspiring visits and motivational engagement. Through a motivational lecture, he fuelled the cadet’s enthusiasm in various activities like Guard of Honour, Parade, Cultural Programme, Flag Area and Line Area Competition," he said.
He further said that the distinguished visit left an indelible mark, sparking a wave of motivation among 122 cadets hailing from the three regions. "The ADG's presence served as a source of inspiration, fostering a sense of discipline and commitment among the cadets," he said.
"This interaction undoubtedly strengthened the NCC's commitment to nurturing potential leaders, inculcating discipline and patriotism among the youth from Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh. He also rekindled the spirit of excellence for the Directorate’s success in the Republic Day Competition," he added.
