JKGLTF Anantnag Welcomes Newly Appointed CEO Farooq Ahmad Dar

Anantnag, June 22: A delegation of the Jammu & Kashmir General Line Teachers Forum (JKGLTF), Anantnag, accorded a warm welcome to the newly appointed Chief Education Officer (CEO) Anantnag, Farooq Ahmad Dar, and extended best wishes to him on assuming charge.

In a statement issued to Kashmir Convener, the Forum said that the delegation was led by District President JKGLTF Anantnag, Inayatullah Dar, who expressed hope that the genuine issues and concerns of the teaching fraternity would receive due attention under the leadership of the new Chief Education Officer.

The statement said that senior executive member Haroon Rasheed, while speaking on the occasion, reiterated the Forum’s commitment towards promoting a positive work culture and supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening the education sector and improving academic standards across the district.

Another member of the delegation, Amit Kumar Tickoo, highlighted the need for providing adequate infrastructure and essential facilities to schools requiring support so as to ensure a conducive environment for teaching and learning.

The delegation also reaffirmed its commitment to promoting quality education and extending full cooperation to the education department in initiatives aimed at improving educational outcomes in the district.

Among others present on the occasion were Tasneem Ali Beigh, founding member of JKGLTF, Irshad Ahmad, Syed Nawaz, Bilal Ahmad Bhat and Tawseef Ahmad Bhat, all executive members of the Forum.
