Bandipora, Feb 20: The journey of empowerment, led by Prime Minister Modi’s policies, resonated deeply with individuals like 35-year-old Shaheena, a resident of Sunarwani village in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, who interacted with the Prime Minister and highlighted her journey from poverty to a Lakhpati Didi.
During the virtual interaction session, the Prime Minister interacted with NRLM beneficiary Shaheena. While interacting with the Prime Minister, Shaheena highlighted her journey from poverty to a Lakhpati Didi.
During the interaction program, the Prime Minister appreciated the hard work and determination of the Shaheena and also congratulated her for successful entrepreneurship taking advantage of government schemes.
Praising Shaheena’s parents for their foresight in prioritising her education, PM Modi hailed her as a true entrepreneur. Aap Bilkul Pakay bewpari Ho, he remarked, emphasising the significance of her contribution to rural entrepreneurship. In the realm of Modi Raj, he proclaimed, impossibilities metamorphosed into possibilities, and dreams found fertile ground to flourish.
During a live Interactive session with the Prime Minister, Shaheena expressed gratitude and thanked the Prime Minister and Hon'ble LG of JK UT for taking Jammu and Kashmir to the path of development.
Shaheena said that there was a time when she was struggling to meet out her daily needs, and now, she is one among the Lakhpati Didis and has successfully uplifted her whole family.
Shaheena, with a heart full of gratitude, attributed her success to the support of LG Sinha. Yet, her aspirations transcended regional boundaries; she envisioned her products reaching every corner of India. With plans to establish her brand, she aimed to market her produce beyond the confines of Jammu and Kashmir, epitomising the spirit of inclusivity and enterprise.
Meanwhile, the district Administration Bandipora on Tuesday Organised mega function at Conference Hall, Mini Secretariat, Bandipora to broadcast two-way interaction of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji with the beneficiaries of different schemes.
The District Level function at mini secretariat Bandipora was attended by Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Shakeel Ul Rehman Rather, Vice Chairperson DDC Kousar Shafeeq, DDC Members, ADDC, ADC, ACR, ACD and other District Officers and number of beneficiaries of various schemes.
The broadcasting of the live interaction program was also held at Block Headquarters and Municipal headquarters across the district.
Overwhelming participation was witnessed at all locations across the district to catch the live broadcast of Hon'ble Prime Minister's Program at Jammu.
