In the blessed era of Khairul-Quron, the Muslim Ummah stood united, bound together by a common faith and purpose. However, as centuries passed, the Ummah experienced divisions that emerged from varying interpretations of Islamic teachings.

Despite these differences, all sects continued to be considered part of the broader Muslim Ummah, with the exception of the Qadianis, who rejected the finality of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and subsequently distanced themselves from the unity of the current Ummah. It is essential to clarify that aside from the Qadianis, no other party can be labeled as non-Muslim or apostate.

In times past, mutual respect and coexistence characterized relations among various sects. Unfortunately, in the present era, this mutual respect has waned, and tensions have escalated to the point where Muslim sects openly attack each other, hurling accusations of polytheism and infidelity. As a result, the gap between the Ummah has widened rather than diminished, with both Sunnis and Shias sharing responsibility for the division that plagues us.

The success of the Sufis in spreading the Islamic message can be attributed, in part, to their ability to maintain mutual respect despite differing religious orders. Their collective wisdom has led them to avoid engaging in Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali conflicts. Instead, they have focused on recognizing the essential unity that underlies all Muslim sects. By considering each other as fellow Muslims, they cultivate an atmosphere of respect and politeness, which further strengthens the bonds of the Ummah. As we aspire to reclaim the blessed era of Khairul-Quron, we must prioritize respect and understanding, eschewing actions that degrade and humiliate one another.

Amidst our differences, we must redirect our attention to the commonalities that unite us. Respecting each other's beliefs and ideologies is the key to fostering unity within the Muslim Ummah. When we recognize that we are all part of the same community, bound by the thread of faith, we can stand united and strong, instead of falling into disarray and division.

At times, certain issues elicit disagreements among the Muslim Ummah. One such issue revolves around the practice of seeking help from Prophets, Sadiqeen, Martyrs, and the Righteous for non-permanent blessings. While the majority of Muslims embrace this practice, a minority views it as being against the tenets of monotheism. This minority, often referred to as Wahhabis by the majority, remains part of the Ummah despite being stigmatized as polytheists and infidels. It is essential to approach such contentious matters with care and understanding, acknowledging the diverse perspectives within our community and maintaining respect for one another's beliefs.

Divisiveness and sectarianism have had a profound impact on the unity of the Muslim Ummah. Each individual must recognize the dangerous effects of these issues and actively work towards healing the fractures within our community. The current circumstances call for solidarity and unity, urging us to denounce hatred, hypocrisy, and disunity among Muslims. It is our shared responsibility to make relentless efforts in promoting inter-Muslim relations, for our collective welfare, survival, and salvation depend on it. Allah, in His infinite wisdom, emphasizes the importance of unity among Muslims, urging them to fear Him rightly and not die except as Muslims, united in faith and purpose. This divine call serves as a reminder of the blessings bestowed upon us by Allah and compels us to strive for unity and mutual respect.

Let us remember that the strength of the Muslim Ummah lies in its ability to unite despite our differences. As we stand together, embracing the values of respect, understanding, and cooperation, we can truly become One Heart, One Mind, One Community, fostering an unbreakable bond that will endure the test of time.

Moreover, it is important to recognize the significant historical contributions of the Muslim Ummah to human civilization. Our culture, knowledge, and scientific advancements have shaped the world's progress. From algebra and astronomy to medicine and architecture, the rich heritage of Islamic civilization has left an indelible mark on humanity's collective knowledge.

Furthermore, it is crucial for Muslims to appreciate the diverse traditions within the Ummah, for they represent the richness and beauty of our faith. Each sect has its unique practices, rituals, and interpretations, enriching the tapestry of Islam. Embracing this diversity with an open heart and mind will foster greater understanding and unity among us.

In light of the modern challenges facing the Muslim Ummah, such as Islamophobia, geopolitical conflicts, and social divisions, unity becomes more critical than ever. By uniting as one community, we can stand strong against the forces that seek to divide and weaken us. Together, we can address pressing issues like poverty, illiteracy, and social injustice, thereby uplifting not just Muslims but all of humanity.

Let us strive for a future where the Muslim Ummah is characterized by its resilience, solidarity, and compassion. By valuing each other's differences and celebrating our common bonds, we can rekindle the spirit of unity that defined Khairul-Quron and pave the way for a better tomorrow. The journey towards a united Ummah may be challenging, but it is undoubtedly a path worth embarking upon for the greater good of all.
