Bandipora, February 27: Jammu and Kashmir General Line Teachers Forum (JKGLTF) Bandipora on Sunday thanked Principal Secretary School Education and Director School Education Kashmir for releasing the list of teachers for promotion to master grade.
In a statement issued to Kashmir Convener, JKGLTF organiser Zahoor Ahmad Lone thanked Principal Secretary School Education and Director School Education Kashmir for releasing the list of 461 teachers for promotion to Master grade which was stuck from last eight years.
The forum appealed the Director School Education Kashmir to fill up all the vacant posts of master grade as soon as possible so that teachers may heave a sigh of relief.
“Forum appeals School Education department to create master grade posts for upgraded SSA middle schools for the betterment of these schools,” he said in the statement.
The forum has also appealed the Principal Secretary School Education to fill up the vacant posts of Lecturers in Higher Secondary schools by promoting Teachers and masters to these posts at an earliest.
