Suicide is as irrational desire to die and depression has been identified as the most common disorder among the people who died by suicide.
Suicide is not a solution. In recent times suicide has become common in Kashmir not a single day is without a new suicide story. Remember we all got to make mistakes in order to learn and grow but don’t beat Yourself in the wrong way.
The risk of suicide has been estimated by several mental disorder, many people experience the suicidal thought especially during the time of stress or they have facing lot of mental disturbances. Most suicidal people are not psychotic or insane, they are just upset grief stricken, depressed or any kind of extreme emotional pain that has been unbearable, blinding by feelings of self-loathing, hopelessness and isolation and that person can’t find any way of relief for pain to stop except through death.
There are so many causes who increase in chances of suicide or depression, a loss of work in this on-going pandemic is one of the worst kind of depression that many people had experienced. Because not everyone is financially settled. Some people are poor and they lost day to day earnings which becomes their cause of suffering the circumstances. Likewise, many other ones are going through personal and family issues which become their cause of mental breakdown and they get hunted by the depressional state.
so far ending up the depression and suicidal attempt we should encourage the people in the right direction, if anyone is struggling with any kind of depression and mental issue, ask them not to worry give them support so that they don’t think about to suicide & one should polity ask their family and friends about their depressional and stressed state of story. If you saw someone thinking about killing themselves do not leave them alone if you notice sign that they may be thinking about harming themselves and making plans by avoiding their close friends and family.so to overcome their emotional state and we should put some helping terms for them. Further we can educate the people about how to overcome them from mental issues for their good mental health so that their mind and thought of emotional breakdown did not trigger them for attempting the suicidal thing and involving them in the high depressional state. For the purpose we can coordinate events about mental health issues and suicidal alertness and develop self-esteem and self-love so that youths even the whole society do not go on the wrong way and left their lives.
