Bandipora, 25 April: In a heart wrenching incident, the body of a nineteen year old boy was recovered from Wular Lake in Sopore area of the Baramulla district on saturday late night.
The Boy -Ronak Hassan S/O Gh Hassan had gone missing from his home in Plan Bandipora on March 29.
Ronak's body was recovered by the joint team of police and Army from Wular lake near Warpora after locals spotted the body in the lake and informed the concerned police.
A Police officer said a police team immediately rushed to the spot and recovered the semi-decomposed body from the spot with the help of Army. ” After legal formalities, the body will be handed over to the family for last rites,” he said.
He said that the body was identified by the cloths, he was wearing, by his family members.
