Ai+ Smartphone uses Customer Feedback to Improve Products, Service Support

Convener News Desk

Srinagar, October 23: Ai+ Smartphone is incorporating customer feedback into product and service improvements, using user reviews, device experiences and after-sales interactions to identify areas requiring attention, the company said.

According to the company, feedback related to camera stability, connectivity and device performance is being shared with product and technical teams to inform software updates, testing and product refinements.

Across its smartphone portfolio, Ai+ said customers have responded positively to the design, camera capabilities, battery life, performance and value offered by its devices. The Nova 2 Neo 5G has received feedback for its battery performance, while the Nova 2 Power 5G has been appreciated for its overall experience and dual-tone design. The Nova 2 Ultra 5G has received positive feedback for its photography, performance and AMOLED display, while the Nova 2 5G, Nova 2 Pro 5G and Ai+ Pulse 2 have also received feedback on their overall experience, value, battery, display and design.

The company said customer feedback has also resulted in targeted over-the-air (OTA) updates. The Nova 2 Ultra 5G, for instance, has received software updates aimed at improving camera stability.

Ai+ Smartphone said customer feedback is also being considered during product reviews and pre-launch testing. Through its Project Open Review initiative, the company invites external reviewers, creators, journalists, technology enthusiasts and ethical hackers to evaluate devices before their launch.

The company said the initiative has received more than 1,000 registrations and is intended to gather independent feedback and identify areas for refinement before products reach consumers.

Commenting on the approach, Archi Gogoi, Head of Brand, Marketing & Growth at Ai+ Smartphone, said customer feedback helps the company understand areas of strength as well as those requiring improvement.

“Whether through software updates, stronger product testing or more responsive after-sales support, our focus is on translating these insights into meaningful action,” Gogoi said.

Ai+ Smartphone also said it has strengthened its after-sales operations through daily feedback collection, case tracking and coordination between customer support and technical teams. Where spare-parts availability affects repair timelines, the company said handset replacements are arranged wherever required and feasible.

The company said its social media feedback and escalation process has also been strengthened, with dedicated teams monitoring customer messages, comments and mentions and coordinating cases with customer service teams.

According to Ai+ Smartphone, it currently aims to resolve most service concerns within three to four days, depending on the nature of the issue and availability of spare parts.

The company further plans to introduce customer-experience videos following service resolution to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improving support processes and turnaround times.

Ai+ Smartphone said customer feedback would remain part of its product development and service strategy as it expands its portfolio.
