Awantipora Police Conduct Raid at Suspected Narcotic Hotspot in Kawani

Awantipora, June 08: As part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyaan, Police Awantipora conducted a raid at a suspected narcotics related location in Kawani as part of its sustained campaign against drug trafficking and substance abuse.

The drive was carried out on the basis of credible inputs regarding suspected narcotics related activities in the area. During the raid, the premises were thoroughly searched in accordance with legal procedures. The action forms part of the district police’s continued efforts to identify and dismantle networks involved in the illicit trade of narcotic substances.

Police Awantipora remains committed to taking stringent action against drug peddlers and all those involved in activities that threaten the well being of society, particularly the youth.
