Indian Army Hosts Mega Iftar Party in Sopore

Sopore, March 18: The Indian Army on Tuesday organised a mega community Iftar party in Sopore, bringing together more than 300 locals, including senior citizens, government officials, and military personnel, in a spirit of harmony and brotherhood.

The event witnessed the offering of Maghrib prayers collectively, followed by the Iftar meal, symbolising unity and togetherness during the holy month of Ramadan.

Such initiatives aim to strengthen the bond between the Army and the local population, fostering mutual trust and goodwill.

Locals from Sopore town expressed happiness and appreciation for the gesture, stating that events like these promote communal harmony and reflect the true spirit of Ramadan.
