Mufti Nazir Ahmad Discharged from Hospital, Advised Complete Rest
Bandipora, May 25: Renowned religious scholar Mufti Nazir Ahmad Qasmi has been discharged from the hospital after recovering from a recent heart attack.
According to a statement issued by his son Muhammad Idrees, Mufti Sahib was discharged from Sher e Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) on Saturday evening.
Muhammad Idrees said Mufti Nazir is now resting at home and responding well to treatment.
However, doctors have strongly advised that Mufti Nazir must avoid any form of physical exertion and exposure to infection during the initial recovery phase.
” As such, all well-wishers and followers are kindly requested not to visit his residence for the time being,” reads the statement.
“We request everyone to refrain from visiting Hazrat Mufti Sahib for a few days, as per strict medical advice. Insha’Allah, once his health is fully restored, you will be welcome to meet him,” the statement further reads.
Mufti Nazir suffered a heart attack on Friday morning after which he was rushed to SKIMS for treatment.
