Two Tourist among Four Injured in Road Accident on NH-44 near Pampore

Pampore, April 27: Two tourists among four persons were injured in a road accident that took place on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway near Galander area of Pampore involving two vehicles—an Ertiga bearing registration number JK08P-3882 and a Xylo bearing registration number JK02BB-2390, Officials told Kashmir Convener.

According to reports, the collision resulted in injuries to four persons, who were immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Pampore for initial treatment.

The injured have been identified as Madan Lal (49), son of Danesh Lal, a resident of Udhampur and driver of the Xylo.

Godhraaj (53), son of Kartar Chand, a resident of Prem Nagar Jammu and driver of the Ertiga.

Arsh Jain (46), son of Anand Kumar Jain, a resident of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Shilpa Jain (42), wife of Arsh Jain, a resident of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

After receiving preliminary treatment at SDH Pampore, all the injured persons were referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for advanced medical care.
