Shabir Ahmad Malik was elected as the district head in a unanimous decision and will represent Shopian in the association along with other executive members.

Following the elections, PSAJK President Dr. Baba Nazrul Islam referred to developments related to the Fee Fixation Committee, stating that steps have been taken to ensure institutional mechanisms, including formation of parental committees in schools.

The newly elected district head said the association would work towards strengthening educational standards and addressing issues related to private schools in the district.
