Handwara, Feb 24: Shehjar Welfare Trust, in collaboration with Sahara Educational Society J&K, successfully organized a Free Eye Checkup Camp at Panchayat Ghar, Neelipora.
The camp witnessed an overwhelming response, with 120 patients availing free eye screening and consultation services.
A team of expert eye specialists conducted comprehensive checkups, provided vision correction prescriptions, and raised awareness about eye care and preventive measures. The camp aimed to extend quality eye care services to the underprivileged and spread awareness about eye health and hygiene.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives from Shehjar Welfare Trust and Sahara Educational Society J&K emphasized the importance of accessible healthcare services and expressed their commitment to organizing similar welfare initiatives in the future.
