Mega Tiranga Rally Held in Pampore to Mark Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign

Pampore, August 10: Hundreds of people participated in a mega Tiranga Rally organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Police in Saffron Town Pampore on Tuesday as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign 2026, evoking a strong spirit of patriotism and national unity among the people.

The rally was led by SDPO Pampore R.P. Singh along with SHO Pampore Khalid Fayaz and other Police officers.

Political leaders, including Mohammad Asif Ganie and Asif Nabi also participated in the event.

Police personnel, CRPF officers, political representatives, civil society members, transporters and a large number of students and teachers from various educational institutions participated in the mega rally.

Carrying the national tricolour and raising patriotic slogans, the participants began the rally from Police Station Pampore. The procession passed through Namblabal, Drangbal and Kadlabal, before proceeding along the old Srinagar-Jammu National Highway, drawing the attention and participation of people along the route.

Amid slogans of “Har Ghar Tiranga,” “Ghar Ghar Tiranga” and “Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” police personnel and participants marched through different areas of Saffron Town Pampore.

Students and teachers from different educational institutions joined the rally in large numbers, while members of the public also extended their support and participated enthusiastically. The colourful procession, with participants carrying the Tricolour, created a vibrant atmosphere across the Saffron town.

The rally highlighted the significance of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign and sought to encourage people to proudly display the national flag at their homes and participate in activities promoting patriotism, unity and national pride.

The enthusiastic participation of students, youth, members of the civil society and the general public reflected a strong sense of community involvement and patriotism, making the Pampore rally a significant public event under the ongoing Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign 2026.
