Srinagar, May 21: The Jammu and Kashmir General Line Teachers Forum (JKGLTF) on Thursday extended heartfelt congratulations to Gowhar Ahmad Bhat on his nomination as Vice President of the Teachers Federation of India.
In a statement, JKGLTF expressed gratitude to the TFI leadership, including President Dr. Dinesh Chandra Sharma and General Secretary Rammurti Thakur, for entrusting Bhat with the responsibility.
The forum noted that Bhat has consistently worked for the welfare of the teaching community and has played an active role in addressing educators’ concerns. It expressed confidence that his appointment would strengthen the voice of teachers at the national level.
JKGLTF also extended best wishes for his tenure, stating that his experience and vision would contribute to the overall growth of the education sector and the interests of the teaching fraternity.
