Inamul Haq appointed General Secretary of JK Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan

Bandipora, October 10: Inamul Haq has been appointed as a General Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir unit of the Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan (RGPRS), following approval of the proposed state body by the national leadership of the All India Congress Committee (AICC).

The appointment was announced by Dr Sunil Panwar, National Chairman of RGPRS, with immediate effect.

The organisation works to strengthen Panchayati Raj institutions, promote democratic decentralisation and empower local bodies to reinforce grassroots democracy.
