Budgam, April 24: In a significant step towards curbing drug trafficking under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan, Budgam Police has attached movable property belonging to a notorious drug peddler, Aijaz Ahmad Sheikh son of Ghulam Nabi Sheikh, resident of Kanihama, Magam, under the provisions of Section 68F(1) of the NDPS Act.
The attached property includes one Alto K-10 vehicle bearing registration number JK15B-7709, with an approximate market value of ₹4 lakhs. The said vehicle is involved in case FIR No. 13/2026 registered at Police Station Magam under relevant sections of the NDPS Act.
This action forms part of the sustained efforts of Budgam Police to dismantle the infrastructure supporting illegal narcotics trade and to deter individuals involved in drug peddling.
