Bandipora March 04 : The Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Shakeel ul Rehman on Monday Chaired a meeting of District Rent Assessment Committee at Mini Secretariat to finalize the rent assessment cases of different departments.
During the meeting, 07 cases of rent assessment pertaining to various departments, including Handicrafts, Education, Health and ISM, were taken up for consideration.
The committee discussed the fixation of rent of structures in which government offices are functioning.
The DC held a detailed discussion with officers of different departments that are functioning from rented accommodations in the district and with the owners of these buildings before approving rent assessment cases.
After threadbare discussions, the committee approved all the 07 cases.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Revenue Shabir Ahmad Wani, Chief Planning Officer Mohd Maqbool, Superintending Engineer R&B, CMO, CEO, Executive Engineers and other concerned officers of various departments.
