Srinagar, July 23: The Jammu and Kashmir General Line Teachers Forum (JKGLTF) on Sunday expressed condolences with the Director School on passing away of his maternal aunt.
In a statement issued to Kashmir Convener, JKGLTF spokesperson said the members gathered in an emergency condolence meeting to express deep grief and sorrow over the untimely passing of the maternal aunt of Dr. Tassaduq Hussain Mir, the highly regarded Director of School Education Kashmir.
He said the forum's executive council and leadership members came together to offer their condolences and solidarity to the grieving family during this difficult time.
"The news of the bereavement has sent shockwaves through the JKGLTF, as they acknowledge the immense loss faced by the family of Dr. Tassaduq Hussain Mir," Forum stated, adding that special prayers were conducted during the meeting, seeking divine blessings for the departed soul and wishing her the highest place in Jannah (heaven).
Dr. Tassaduq Hussain Mir, an esteemed officer known for his philanthropic endeavors, has received an outpouring of sympathy and support from the JKGLTF, reflecting the strong bond and solidarity within the educational community.
"The JKGLTF, which represents a substantial number of teachers in the region, is dedicated to advancing the welfare of teachers and fostering educational development. This display of unity and compassion highlights the sense of togetherness prevalent among the educational fraternity," Spokesperson added.
