Bandipora, 10 Feb: Two women were rescued after medium snow avalanche hit Manzgund in Tulail, Gurez, on Friday morning.
Reports said that two women identified as Tabassum Bano and Shahnaza Begum were collecting drinking water from a nearby tap when they came under medium avalanche in Mazgund Tulail this morning.
Soon after the incident a rescue operation was launched by locals and after strenuous efforts both the women were rescued alive, reports added.
