Bandipora, SEP 10: A T-20 cricket tournament was inaugurated today at Sumlar with the consolidated efforts of Sumlar youth foundation and Bandipora Rashtriya Rifles under the aegis of Watlab Sector.
The inaugural match was played between Jabban Sports and Sumlar youth foundation. The nail biting match was won by Jabban sports. A total of 16 teams have registered so far for the said tournament.
Official spokesperson said the public especially the youth were delighted as well as grateful for organising this tournament as it provides a platform for the youth to showcase their skills and channelise their energies in the rightful direction.
