Bandipora Police busts ‘ISJK module’; 05 associates arrested
“Incriminating material and Ammunition Recovered”
Bandipora, 22 August: Bandipora Police on Saturday claimed to have busted a module of Islamic State Jammu and Kashmir, militant organization and have arrested five of its members.
An official spokesperson said acting on this specific Information Bandipora police arrested five terror associates of ISJK outfit.They are from different places in Bandipora and 01 is from srinagar. Incriminating material including Matrix Sheets, ISJK Flags and ammunition was recovered from their possession.
"On preliminary inquiry, it was found that these terror associates are affiliated to terrorist outfit ISJK and carried out the recee of Army camp to attack in future. Besides they were providing support and motivating/radicalizing the youths to join this terror outfit, furthermore they were making flags of ISJK in Chittibandy Aragam and further supplying it to their associates in Srinagar.
In this regard Case FIR No.30/2020 under UAPA Act has been registered at police Station Aragam and further investigation taken up.
