Bandipora, May 10: The burglars once again struck in Athwatto village of Bandipora and looted a General Store at Tangath area in north Kashmir's Bandipora district.
The burglars looted the shop of Ghulam Qadir lone at Tangath Authwatoo during the intervening night of Thursday/ Friday and decamped with goods worth one lakh approximately.
Meanwhile Police has registered the complaint in this matter and started an investigation and a manhunt to nab the robbers.
Locals said this is the fourth such incident from past few weeks earlier several other shops were looted wherein burglars decamped with items worth thousands of rupees.
They expressed concern over the growing incidents of theft in the area and appealed the Police to act swift in the matter so that culprits can be traced.
