Srinagar, Sept 22: Bharti Airtel has expanded its family postpaid offering by adding Apple’s iCloud+, Apple TV and Apple Arcade to its ₹999 and higher family postpaid plans, giving customers access to cloud storage, streaming content and games under a single plan.
The new benefits are available to Airtel customers subscribed to family postpaid plans of ₹999 and above. Customers can upgrade through the Airtel App or by visiting an Airtel store.
Under the expanded offering, iCloud+ allows customers to store, sync and access photos, files, passwords, contacts and other information across Apple devices. It also provides cloud backup to help users restore their data when setting up a new device.
Apple TV provides access to the company’s original series and films, while Apple Arcade offers a catalogue of games without advertisements or in-app purchases.
The ₹999 family postpaid plan covers a family of three and includes unlimited data with Fastlane technology, spam protection and access to entertainment subscriptions. With the addition of the three Apple services, Airtel said the plan now combines connectivity, cloud storage, entertainment and gaming.
Amit Tripathi, Director, Market Operations, Bharti Airtel, said the company was looking to simplify customer offerings while providing greater value through its family postpaid plans.
“Our family postpaid plans are designed around this belief — bringing together connectivity, entertainment and digital experiences that matter to the entire family, all through a single plan,” Tripathi said.
He said the addition of iCloud+, Apple TV and Apple Arcade would further expand the digital services available to customers through Airtel’s family postpaid plans.
