Srinagar June 1: MLA Bandipora, Nizamuddin Bhat, today called on the Chief Minister Omer Abdullah and discussed several issues concerning the development and welfare of Bandipora district.
During the meeting, MLA Bhat, sought an early review meeting of the district to assess the progress of ongoing projects and address key administrative and developmental concerns.
He also highlighted infrastructure deficits in various sectors and stressed the need for timely intervention to ensure balanced development across the district.
Bhat, further raised the long-pending issue of regularisation of PDL workers in the Power Development Department (PDD) on a circle-wise basis, urging the government to take early action.Chief Minister gave a patient hearing to the issues and assured that the concerns would be examined appropriately.
