Awantipora, April 27: Acting tough against illegal extraction and transportation of minerals, Police Station Awantipora has seized three dumpers involved in unlawful activities.
The action was carried out during a special drive against illegal mining in the jurisdiction of Police Station Awantipora. The seized vehicles were found engaged in unauthorized extraction and transportation of minerals, in violation of relevant laws.
Accordingly, a case FIR NO. 104/2026 under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Awantipora.
Police Station Awantipora remains committed to taking strict action against those involved in illegal mining and ensuring the protection of natural resources.
