The atmosphere at the memorial remained sombre as officers and jawans recalled the supreme sacrifice made by the personnel during the 2019 attack.
As part of the anniversary observance, the CRPF, under the aegis of the IG Kashmir Ops Sector, organised a blood donation camp at Lethpora, continuing a tradition followed every year in memory of the martyrs. Officers and jawans from various units participated enthusiastically in the drive, voluntarily donating blood.
More than 100 units of blood were collected during the camp and later donated to the SMHS Hospital, Srinagar, as a gesture of service and solidarity with the public. The event concluded with senior officers lauding the dedication and spirit of the personnel, reiterating the resolve of the force to uphold national security while keeping alive the memory of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
