In an official communication issued to the Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), Bandipora and assessed by Kashmir Convener, the CEO directed immediate corrective measures after it was found that both institutions were functioning from a single building instead of their approved locations.
Officials said the two private schools were merged because of less enrolment. “To show a better enrolment, both schools have illegally merged to hoodwink the public the government alike,” they added.

The CEO has further ordered issuance of a public notice, clearly stating that no admissions shall be granted for the next academic session until both schools relocate to their original premises and obtain valid registration.
Seeking accountability, the CEO has also directed the ZEO to obtain a written explanation from the present management of both schools for violating established norms and creating administrative ambiguity.
