Papchan (Bandipora) November 05: Chairman of Wullar Valley College of Education Bandipora Prince Parvaiz Shah on Sunday joined (AIP) Awami Itehad Party along with other prominent citizens in presence of Party President and MLA Langate Engineer Rashid and Senior Leaders of the party at a function organised in Bandipora.
Welcoming Prince Parvaiz and his supporters into the party fold, AIP Working President Er Rasheed congratulated him on joining the party and expressed hope in his commitment and dedication to serve the people and also to strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
During the function, President AIP, Er Rasheed held an interaction with party workers mostly youth and some senior citizens of Bandipora district in which different issues were discussed especially the core issue of Jammu and Kashmir.
On the occasion Prince Parvaiz joined the AIP and was nominated as the constituency head of Bandipora.
Prince Parvaiz while addressing the gathering expressed that AIP is the only vibrant regional force that can stop the rise of RSS’s politics of hate aimed to scuttle the special status of State. “I vow to serve the interests of masses and carry the vision of party forward in right direction,’’ he said.
