Srinagar, July 29: The Royal Springs Golf Course (RSGC) concluded its prestigious Four Ball Best Ball Golf Tournament 2025 with a nail-biting finish, as Yasub Wani and Mohammad Numan Bedar claimed victory in a dramatic final that extended beyond the regulation 18 holes.
The duo edged past Dr. Arsheed Iqbal and Sheikh Mohammad Yasin (Babloo) by clinching the title on the sudden death hole, capping off a fiercely contested finale of the Match Play Knockout event.
The tournament, played over five rounds, featured 52 club golfers and witnessed 41 matches, many of which went down to the wire, with several encounters decided through extra holes and sudden death playoffs — a testament to the competitive calibre on display.
Lauding the champions, the Secretary of RSGC and Tournament Committee praised their teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship. They also acknowledged the spirited participation of all players, which contributed to the tournament’s resounding success and vibrant atmosphere.
