One slain militant involved in Jan 29 killing of police HC at Bijbehara: IGP Kashmir
rinagar, Feb 05 (KNO): Two militants of Lashkar-e-Toiba (TRF) were killed in an early morning encounter at Zakura area of Srinagar, police said Saturday.
Kashmir Zone Police in a tweet quouting IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar, said, " 02 militants of militant outfit LeT/TRF neutralised by Srinagar Police. One of the killed militants Ikhlaq Hajam was involved in recent killing of HC Ali Mohd at Hassanpora Anantnag. Incriminating materials including 02 pistols recovered".
A head constable of JK police Ali Muhammad Ganie was shot at by the militants near his residential house at Hasanpora Tabala area of Bijbehara Anantnag on January 29–(KNO)
