SSP Bandipora Calls for Stronger Area Domination Measures, Heightened Vigil

Bandipora, April 18: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bandipora, Ajaz Ahmed Zargar, on Saturday directed security forces to maintain heightened vigilance and strengthen area domination during a high-level security review meeting held at the District Police Lines (DPL) Bandipora.

         He passed these directions while chairing a high level meeting to review the security situation in the district and to fine-tune the existing security arrangements.

SSP Bandipora emphasized the need for maintaining heightened vigilance, strengthening area domination, and ensuring seamless synergy among all stakeholders to effectively address emerging security challenges in the district.

         During the meeting, participants held a detailed discussion on the prevailing security scenario, deployment strategies, domination of vulnerable areas, intelligence sharing, and coordination mechanisms among all security forces.

SSP stressed the importance of proactive policing measures, including intensified surveillance, improved intelligence sharing, and effective deployment in vulnerable areas. He underscored the need for seamless synergy among all stakeholders to maintain law and order and ensure public safety.

Participants held detailed deliberations on multiple aspects of security management, including deployment strategies, area domination plans, and mechanisms for strengthening inter-agency coordination. The focus remained on ensuring a coordinated response to any evolving situation in the district.

The meeting was attended by Commanding Officers of the 3rd Battalion CRPF, 45 Battalion CRPF, 14 Rashtriya Rifles, 13 Rashtriya Rifles, and 27 Assam Rifles, along with officers from intelligence agencies. Additional Superintendent of Police Bandipora and other senior officers of the district police also participated in the deliberations.
