He said that Hospital Administration Pulwama has completely failed to rein in the erring doctors and para-medical staff, who have failed to deliver the desirable health care services to the people of Pulwama. This is not the first case, but there are other instances, wherein patients suffered immensely.
He said Favouritism, Mismanagement and nepotism has badly affected the routine functioning of the hospital as the blue-eyed persons are calling shots in the hospital..
" Doctors, Medical Assistants, posted at the hospital are working for the past more than one decade".
Dar said these employees have not been touched till now and they continue to stay at their favorite place of posting at District hospital. "There should be complete reshuffle of the hospital staff and those responsible for the death of municipal employee should be made accountable," he added.
