Zainapora, March 16: In a gesture of recognition and encouragement, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Zainapora, Bilal Ahmad (JKAS), visited Chitragam Kalan to felicitate Amir Hassan Aamir, who recently achieved a remarkable milestone by qualifying the prestigious Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) examination.
