Recruitment Training at J&K’s Kanzalwan, Youth Engagement Programme

Srinagar: In an endeavour to improve the overall core of the local environment by undertaking productive activities such as Education and Health care with simultaneous thrust on capacity building and infrastructure development projects to overall uplift the social association, Indian Army at J&K's Kanzalwan under Gurez Sector is organising and conducting Recruitment Training for the youth to facilitate them employment opportunity under the sub scheme of “Youth Empowerment”, reads a statement received here.
“The fundamental idea of Indian Army behind such activities is to offset the sponsored anti India propaganda by the organisations with vested interest and facilitate integration of various regions of the State into the national mainstream based on a participative model involving the local people, Army and the civil administration to have a tangible impact deep within students, youth and decision makers”, reads the statement.
“Recruitment Training at Kanzalwan commencing from 02 March 2022 focuses to prime and prepare the 90 volunteers who have been motivated by the social interaction, assistance rendered & idolization of Army personnel in the Kanzalwan Sub Sector. The Recruitment Training incorporates documents check & medical check-up as per the Recruitment rally criteria on first two days followed by the training for 1.6 KM run, other physical tests and written examination for the seamless & tranquil selection of candidates wanting to make their career in Army”, the statement concludes.
