Bandipora, 27 Feb: One passengers injured after a matador met with an accident in Checkreshipora area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on saturday.
Reports said the matador (bearing registration number JK05-4724) heading towards Bandipora from Ahamshareef turned turtle at Checkreshipora village today morning, leaving one passenger injured. The injured was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, they said.
Locals said the matador turned because of bad condition of road. It was there luck that two persons namely Mudasir Nabi Jan and Hafeezullah lone were passing by when the accident happened they quickly swung into action broke the emergency window glass and rescued all persons safely.
Meanwhile Bandipora police lead by SHO Bandipora reached the spot and are investigationg the matter.
