Bandipora :07 July: A day-long Urdu Conference was held today at Town Hall Bandipora under the ageis of "Wullar Urdu Adbi Forum Bandipora".
Large number of people from different cross sections of society participated in the Event. The Event begin with the recitation of Holy Quran and then President "Wullar Urdu Adbi Forum Bandipora" Mr Tariq Shabnum welcomed the guests and audience.
On the occasion executive editor Kashmir Uzma Mr Javid Azar,Reyaz Tawheedi ( Famous Writer and Critic) and Nazim Nazir (Editor TAMEEL-I-IRSHAD) ,Parvaiz Aaazmi (HOD Dept of Urdu Central University kashmir) were present in the Presidential Chamber.
A Seminar on the Title "Aafsana , Fun Aur Taqneek" was held and different speakers spoke on the topic. The day long Conference was held in two Sessions.
Lastly, Mr Faheem Javid Secretary Forum in his motion of thanks expressed his gratitude to all the guests and participants of the Conference and reiterated that the forum will organise such programs in future too for the promotion of Urdu Language and to provide platform to the young writers of the valley.
