Srinagar, May 17:
Forces on Friday launched nocturnal cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in everal Kulgam and Kunzar villages.
As per reports government forces launched cordon and search operation in Rambal area of Kunzar. Lights have been installed and search operation started.
Meanwhile, government forces also launched nocturnal cordon and search operation in certain areas of Kulgam. All the exit and entry points have been sealed and light installed.
Corson and search operation is also going on in Chotipora area of Shopian since last evening.
It is pertinent to mention here that 6 militants, 1 civilian and 2 armymen were killed yesterday during two gunfights in Shopian and Pulwama.
