Bandipora, 28 Nov: Nadim Memorial Cricket Club on sunday defeated Arin Cricket Club to lift the title of T12 Cosco Cup, here at Gamroo sports ground in Bandipora.
A T12 Cosco ball tournament was Organised by Nadim cricket Club in sports ground Gamroo in which 62 teams from allover the district participated.
The final match was played between Arin sports club and Nadim Sports club Gamroo in which NM cricket Club defeated ACC in nail biting game.
After winning the toss had Arin Sports club decided to bat first, batting first they were bundled out on a paltry total of 79 only. Shakir Raina of NM CC was star bowler who took 3 wicket and conceded only 3 runs. Chasing down the target Nadim sports club Gamroo easily chased down the total of 80 runs in 9.4 overs.
Taseen Malik for his alround performance was declared as man of the tournament while as Shakir Raina was declared Man of the match.
Tahseen while speaking to this reporter said that all credit of their success goes to management in particular and team members in general. "Our team played good cricket through out the tournament which resulted in our win in finals" he said.
