Bandipora, Nov 26: The National Hydroelectric Power Corporation on Wednesday celebrated the 76th Constitution Day at Kishanganga Power Station in Bandipora with solemnity and patriotic fervour.
An official spokesperson said the programme was chaired by Rajesh Ranjan, Head of Kishanganga Power Station. As part of the observance, a collective reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of India was conducted, with active participation from officers and employees.
The event was attended by Som Nath, General Manager (Civil), Rambhu Kumar Mehta, General Manager (Civil), besides other officers and staff members.
Addressing the gathering, Rajesh Ranjan urged everyone to reaffirm their commitment to the Constitution and its guiding values.
“Let us resolve that justice, equality and dignity will remain the foundation of every action at Kishanganga,” he said.
The programme concluded with participants pledging to uphold constitutional principles in both their professional and personal spheres.
