Even in less salaries than other parts of the world, the doctors in Kashmir have done wonders in their profession despite having worst facilities at their workplaces. The Kashmiri doctors not only provide medical expertise but also serve as a source of comfort and solace to their patients. They understand the emotional toll that hardships and illnesses can take on individuals and communities.
