Jammu, Dec 25: Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology & Environment and Tribal Affairs, Javed Ahmed Rana, extended warm Christmas greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and prayed for peace, progress, and prosperity of the region.
In his message, the Minister said that Christmas embodies the values of love, peace, and compassion, and expressed hope that the festival would further strengthen communal harmony and brotherhood. He noted that Jammu and Kashmir has a rich tradition of celebrating festivals across faiths and emphasized that the teachings of Jesus Christ are especially relevant in today’s times and should guide collective conduct.
